Jeff Novak is the former owner of Lather Salon Aspen. Jeff has extensive training under some of the best American, British, and French hairdressers. Combine that with over 40 years experience behind the chair, and you have a true Master Stylist. With an A-list clientele, he provides top quality services, with the finest expertise in color and cuts!

Chris has over four decades of experience working with an international clientele on four continents. Trained in Europe and Los Angeles, he specializes in color and cut for men and women. Chris has been with Salon Tullio since 1994 and enjoys meeting people from all over the globe!

Originally from Czechoslovakia, Romana Ashcroft has over 35 years in the hair industry. With global experience and an international clientele across Eastern Europe and Aspen, Romana has gained expertise in event styling, tape in extensions, as well as precision cuts and color. Over the years Romana has worked on countless high-end photo shoots, wedding looks, and fashion shows, including styling for the Prada Fashion show and Miss Czech Republic winner in 2010. In 2001, she found herself in Aspen working seasonally for the highly regarded, Lather Salon and joined our team at Salon Tullio in 2021.

Skylae is a blonding and color specialist from California and now here in Aspen at Salon Tullio.
She has trained with some of the top in San Diego + Los Angeles for Modern Blonding, Balayage, and Lived-In Color techniques.
Studied in San Francisco with Vidal Sasson for cuts, dry cutting, curly cuts, and shags. Along with New York, at Bumble&Bumble academy for Hair Styling.
She specializes in working with the following color lines; Loreal, Redken, Wella, Davines and Alfaparf Milano.
As well as offers extension expertise with Bellami, European Luxury Hair Extensions, and Laced Weft Hair Extensions

Having grown up in the Roaring Fork Valley, Morgan has found her salon home here at Tullio. Her passion for creating and dedication to learning is boundless. She holds deep gratitude for the opportunity to hone my skills and knowledge alongside the most talented team of individuals. Specializing in blowdries, body waxing, and lash treatments, she looks forward to getting to know each and every one of you!

Christina has enjoyed working in Aspen as a respectable hair professional for over 20 years. She has surrounded herself with a diverse clientele and a talented team of stylists to elevate her hair cutting and styling experience. Christina specializes in a variety of cut, color, highlighting, and styling techniques, while focusing on maintaining excellent hair quality and a memorable client experience. Her bright smile and warm demeanor is sure to make anyone that sits in her chair feel comfortable while confident!

Growing up in the small mountain town of Aspen Colorado, Travisean found refuge in fashion magazines and movies at an early age. At the age of 18, he became a hairstylists apprentice and soon was hired to work under Paul Mitchell global Artistic Director, Robert Cromeans. After completing his training, Travisean set his sights on Hollywood.Upon moving to Los Angeles, he began working freelance for magazine editorials, advertising campaigns and celebrity red carpets. It was on these sets he crossed paths with legendary makeup artist Sarah Tanno, who recruited him to come work in the Haus of Gaga for Lady Gaga’s  ArtPop Era. During his time in the Haus, Travisean moved to New York City while he worked on GUY music Video, ArtRave World Tour and Lady Gaga’s Roseland Ballroom NYC residency.After completing the tour, he returned to NYC to work with clients such as Tiffany & Co, Vogue Fashion Fund, Kate Hudson, Hugh Grant, Jennifer Nettles, photographers Gus & Lo and countless others. During his time there his work was featured in Vogue Beauty, Paper Magazine, and Elle Magazine.Travisean has now returned to Aspen and will be splitting his time between Los Angeles and Salon Tullio. 

Milana Maria is a Los Angeles–trained esthetician specialist who relocated to the mountains in 2022 to reconnect with nature and bring a more intentional approach to beauty. She has studied internationally in New York, Milan, Italy, and California, and is certified through Bijou Beauty West Hollywood as a lash and brow expert.

Milana specializes in natural-looking lash extensions, lash lifts and tints, brow lamination, custom brow shaping, and tinting, thoughtfully tailored to complement each client’s unique features and physique.

She is a graduate of Flair Beauty College (2011) also certified with Wella Professionals in hair color and blow-dry styling. From 2012 to 2022, Milana owned and operated Milana Marie Hair Design in North Los Angeles, building a decade-long reputation for quality and artistry. 

Born in Aspen, Colorado. McKenna always had a passion for the beauty industry. After graduating from Toni & Guy Academy in Los Angeles in 2015, McKenna has worked at some of the most elite salons in Los Angeles like Ramirez Tran salon, Mare, Loft 647 & Alen M Los Angeles, training with some of the best in the business. She intertwines her knowledge of coloring, extensions, brazilian blowouts, and styling to create a masterpiece that is unique to each individual. When it comes to who best creates the “perfect Malibu blonde” look no further. Over the years, she has been fortunate enough to have styled hair for some A-list celebrities such as Camille Kostek, Tracy Tutor from “Million Dollar Listing”, Charly Jordan, Ashley Sky, Lil Debbie and more.

Kendra Lauren is based in Aspen, CO and has been working in the international beauty and fashion industry since 2004. With her experience and intuition, you are sure to look and feel your best. Whether you need color or styling, you can expect perfection both in-salon and on-location because Kendra guarantees the highest level of quality.

Melissa is a Colorado Native who grew up in the Vail Valley. Hair and Skin Care have always been a passion for her.  She received her esthetics and hair license in 2004 and worked at a salon in Vail for three years before moving to our Basalt salon in 2007. She specializes in cutting and coloring, spray tanning and waxing!  You can visit her at our Basalt location Tuesday - Friday.
